3:00pm-5pm OVSC board meeting (Board members & OVSC reps)
5:30pm-7:30pm welcome reception with food and drink
7:30pm-depending on interest, there are several local destinations we can go as a group including Hofbrau House or several locations in Covington. We will have a local OVSC-er to lead the way!
Sun May 19th
8:30am-10:30am Trip presentation + Breakfast
10:30am-11:30am General session with keynote speaker
11:30am - check out of hotel rooms
12:00pm-1:30pm Vendor show
1:30pm-2:30pm Breakout sessions
2:30pm-3:30pm Wrap up and door prizes, survey

| PAYMENTS |
Registration online is greatly appreciated! You can pay by credit card or by mail. At the end of registration you will be given the option to pay by credit card or you can print an invoice that you can mail in with your payment. Any payments or registrations by mail should be sent at least one week before the conference to arrive in time. Thank you!
