All trip participants must adhere to travel and vaccination policies for the destination including any government regulations or those of any providers such as, transportation vendors, lodging, ski areas, etc. Trip leaders/directors will provide guidance on any requirements.

All trip participants must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining past the closing date of the trip.

All trip participants must be a current member of an OVSC club at the time the trip departs.

Due to many variables associated with travel, this itinerary is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of an itinerary change, our tour operator will adjust air and other travel arrangements that they booked. We cannot be responsible for self booked travel arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations incur a $50 fee plus any expenses that are non-refundable from our suppliers and vendors. Penalties assessed by the vendors for cancellations are listed below. Cancellations must be received by Dan Hapner via email with adequate time for him to submit the cancellation to the vendor by the dates below. It should be at least 24 hours prior to the next business day.

AIR: Delta/KLM flights NO PENALTY PRIOR TO OCT. 1, 2024.
$100.00 PER PESON FROM OCT. 1-DEC, 01, 2024
AFTER DEC. NO REFUND.

Finnair Flights: Prior to July 1 – no charge to cancel space.
After July 1 – Dec. 15 – $100.00 pp Penalty.
After Dec. 15 – No Refund.
