All trip participants must adhere to travel and vaccination policies for the destination including any government regulations or those of any providers such as, transportation vendors, lodging, ski areas, etc. Trip leaders/directors will provide guidance on any requirements.

All trip participants must be a current member of an OVSC club at the time the trip departs.

Due to many variables associated with travel, this itinerary is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of an itinerary change, our tour operator will adjust air and other travel arrangements that they booked. We cannot be responsible for self booked travel arrangements.

Cancellations incur a $50 fee plus any expenses that are non-refundable from our suppliers and vendors.

Lots of Skiing - One of the largest ski areas in the USA with 7,300 skiable acres, 330 trails, 43 lifts -- more terrain than Vail and Breckenridge combined!
Skiing at an EPIC Destination – Park City is part of the EPIC Pass network. For the best value and flexibility, guests are encouraged to secure an EPIC pass now. There will be an opportunity to ski Deer Valley on one day. Note: they are on the Ikon pass.
